BLUEBERRY HILL VINEYARDS
Blueberry Hill Vineyards agro-tourism vacation rental is the perfect home base for those looking to unwind and enjoy all that wine country has to offer. Located in the heart of Summerland, BC, this 14.25 acre property offers total privacy and breathtaking views. The name Blueberry Hill was inspired by the iconic Fats Domino song, but it has a long and charming history of its own. In the 1950s, this Okanagan property was a popular make-out spot for young Summerlanders! Today, it is home to the Chick family's vineyards where they grow award-winning varieties of Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
The property features a spacious country farmhouse with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as a wrap-around deck with views from every angle. Inside, you'll find a large country kitchen with island and eating bar, a formal dining room with views of the vineyard, and a cozy living room.
Take in the breathtaking surroundings with a picnic or long table dinner in the yard then relax in the private hot tub or cold plunge pool, both of which offer stunning views of Summerland, Okanagan Lake, and historic Giants Head Mountain.
Two old, historic barns on the property are the perfect backdrop for photos. This is a working farm, so if you're looking for a peaceful, private setting on a vineyard, this is the perfect place for you.
The property is within walking distance of Summerland where you'll find quaint shops and we're walking distance to Sumac Ridge Golf Course. The area is home to many wineries and fruit stands, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to sample and enjoy the local wines, fresh produce and canning. And feel free to enjoy herbs from our garden.
